Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the icoaching.co website (the “Service”) operated by iCoaching (“us,” “we,” or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
1. Digital Products and Services
A. Setups (Digital Goods)
- License: When you purchase a car setup file (“Setup”) from the Service, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Setup solely for your personal and non-commercial use within the iRacing simulation platform.
- Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, sharing, modifying for redistribution, or uploading the Setup files to any public or private repository, forum, or content-sharing platform. Unauthorized distribution constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of your access to the Service and legal action.
B. Coaching Services
- Scheduling: All coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance via the Service’s booking system.
- Cancellation Policy: You must notify iCoaching of any cancellation or rescheduling request at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made outside this window may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
- Results: iCoaching provides professional guidance and optimized Setups intended to improve driver performance. We make no guarantee of specific results, race wins, or iRating gains. Performance remains the sole responsibility of the user.
2. Payments and Refunds
- Payment: All sales of Setups and Coaching Services are final upon confirmation, subject only to the specific refund policy outlined below.
- Refunds (Setups): Due to the instant nature of digital goods (Setups), all sales are generally Non-Refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been successfully delivered. Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven payment error or a demonstrated technical issue where iCoaching cannot provide a functional file replacement.
- Refunds (Coaching): Refunds for Coaching sessions will only be issued if iCoaching cancels the session or if a cancellation is requested by the user within the agreed-upon cancellation window (see Section 1.B).
