Setup Usage and Refund Policy for iCoaching.co

Last Updated: December 8, 2025 This Policy outlines the terms for the use of purchased Setup files and the rules governing payments, refunds, and cancellations for all Coaching Services provided by iCoaching.

1. Setup Usage Agreement (Digital Goods)

When you purchase a car setup file (“Setup”) from iCoaching, you agree to the following conditions:

1.1 License and Permitted Use

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to use the Setup solely for your own use within the iRacing simulation platform.
  • The Setup file is a digital product representing iCoaching’s proprietary intellectual property.

1.2 Strict Prohibitions (No Sharing/Resale)

  • Unauthorized Sharing is Prohibited: You are strictly forbidden from sharing, distributing, selling, re-selling, or transferring the Setup file or its contents to any other individual, team, or entity.
  • Public Uploads: Uploading the Setup file or data derived from it to any public or private repository, forum, cloud service, or content-sharing platform (including non-commercial platforms) is a breach of this agreement.
  • Modification for Resale: You may not modify the Setup file for the purpose of distribution or resale.
Any breach of this Section 1 will result in immediate termination of your access to all iCoaching products and services, and may lead to further legal action.

2. Coaching Service Payment and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Payment and Scheduling

  • All Coaching Sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking via the Service’s scheduling system.
  • The purchase reserves a specific time slot, dedicating the coach’s time to your session.

2.2 Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

  • User Cancellation/Reschedule Window: You must notify iCoaching of any cancellation or rescheduling request at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Forfeiture: Cancellations or reschedules made outside the 24 hours window, or failure to attend the scheduled session (a “No-Show”), will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee. No refund will be issued.
  • iCoaching Cancellation: If iCoaching cancels a paid session for any reason, the user will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at a time convenient for the user.
  • Technical Issues: If a session is cut short due to iCoaching’s technical failure, the time will be prorated or rescheduled. If the failure is on the user’s end (e.g., connectivity issues), the forfeiture policy may apply.

3. Refunds for Digital Goods (Setups)

Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of Setup files, all sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE once the purchase has been completed and the download link has been made available to the customer. Refunds will only be considered in the case of:
  • A documented payment processing error.
  • iCoaching confirming a file is corrupted or technically non-functional and being unable to provide a working replacement file.
